Born 6/30/60 in NYC. BA Yale University 1982. MBA Boston University 1991- Highest Honors. Joined investment adviser and broker-dealer Harold C. Brown & Co. in 1995 as Senior Equity Analyst. Promoted to Director of Research 1996. Named Vice President in 1998. Named Portfolio Manager in 2000. President of investment adviser and broker-dealer O'Keefe Shaw & Co. from 2002 to 2004. Main role at O'Keefe Shaw was to start and run investment advisory business. O'Keefe Shaw's advisory business was then spun off to become Sandhill Investment Management.

Edwin serves/has served as a Trustee/Director of the Elmwood Franklin School, Nichols School, Zoological Society of Buffalo, Kaleida Health Foundation, Church Mission of Christ, Buffalo Squash Racquets Association, and the Saturn Club.

Matthew J. Wiens

Born 11/24/75 in Dunkirk, NY. BBA Finance St. Bonaventure University 1997- Cum Laude. Officer in Treasury Department at M&T Bank until 2000. Hired as Assistant Equity Analyst at Harold C. Brown & Co., Inc. in 2000. Promoted to Equity Analyst in 2002. Senior Equity Analyst at O'Keefe Shaw & Co. from 2002-2004.

Matt specializes in business model analysis and runs Sandhill Investment Management's research department.

Larry S. Stolzenburg, CPA

Partner

Born 4/24/56 in Buffalo, NY. BBA Accounting Niagara University 1978- Magna Cum Laude. Worked at Main Hurdman CPAs from 1978 to 1982. Founded Stolzenburg, Federspiel & Pfeifer, CPAs in 1983 and ran the firm as managing partner until 2003. Founded Ellis Group, Inc (business valuation firm) in 1996 and ran the firm until 2006.

Larry began managing client portfolios in 1994 and joined Sandhill in June 2008 as a partner. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and has served on the Board of Directors for Christian Central Academy and Bethanie Mission of Haiti.

Gary M. Stott

Partner

Born 5/17/50 in Buffalo, NY. BS Accounting Canisius College 1972. MBA SUNY at Buffalo 1979. Senior accountant at Price Waterhouse Coopers 1972-1976. Business Manager at Sisters Hospital 1976-1979. Sales career began as Placement Manager at Robert Half 1979-1987 and continued as Vice President of Operations at Wayne S. Mello & Associates from 1987-1989. President of Dunhill of Buffalo from 1989-1994. Vice President at Supplemental HealthCare Services 1994-1997. President of GS Consulting 1998-2007.

Gary joined Sandhill in December 2007 where he specializes in business development. Gary is a member of the Cherry Hill Club and is a past board member. He also served as President of The Buffalo Renaissance Foundation and continues to be a sustaining member of the board. Gary was also on the Kids Escaping Drugs Golf Committee from 1992-1998 and is currently on the board of the Regional Traffic Alliance.

Richard W. Ryskalczyk

Associate Analyst

Born 2/13/89 in Buffalo, NY. BS Economics and Finance Canisius College- Summa Cum Laude. Recipient of the 2010 Nelson D. Civello Award for Most Outstanding Graduate. Former Student Fund Manager for the Canisius College Golden Griffin Fund. Richard joins Sandhill as an Associate Analyst.

Kelly A. Marshall

Chief Operating/Compliance Officer, Partner

Born 6/5/76 in Buffalo, NY. BBA Accounting Niagara University 1998- Magna Cum Laude. Staff Auditor at M&T Bank 1998-2000. Promoted to Audit Supervisor in 2000. M&T Mortgage Corporation Accounting Supervisor in 2001-2004. Promoted to Banking Officer in 2003.

Kelly joined Sandhill Investment Management in 2004. She currently manages the compliance program and is the firm's Chief Operating Officer. She also serves as Chairman of the Board for the Buffalo Junior Chamber of Commerce.

Kelly M. Carlin

Operations Officer

Born 1/6/87 in Buffalo, New York. BA English SUNY Fredonia 2009- Cum Laude. Upon graduation, Kelly began her professional career at Sandhill Investment Management as Operations Officer.
