Aaron joined the Sandhill team as an Assistant Equity Analyst in 2017, was promoted to Equity Analyst in 2019, and was named Partner in 2021. He successfully earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation in 2021. In addition, Aaron was elevated to his current role as Senior Analyst in December 2022. Aaron plays an integral role in sourcing new equity and fixed income ideas as well as continually monitoring Sandhill’s portfolio holdings.

Aaron earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Grand Valley State University. During college, Aaron served as an Equity Analyst for the Seidman College of Business’ student-run investment portfolio and worked as a Financial Analyst at Eenhoorn LLC, a multi-family real estate company.

An avid sports fan, Aaron enjoys rooting for his hometown Michigan State Spartans. Since moving to Buffalo, he has also adopted the Bills as his professional rooting interest. Aaron and his wife, Jessica, relocated to Western New York from Michigan in 2017 and enjoy spending their free time in the Southtowns with their three children.
