Amanda Theriot

Business Administrator

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science from Limestone University in 2015, graduating with her degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Business Administration. Prior to completing her college education, Amanda served in the U.S. Army as an IT Specialist stationed in Fort Lewis, Washington until 2010.

Following her years of service, Amanda spent five years working in real-estate office management in Florence, South Carolina. Upon relocating to Buffalo, she became a Controller for Sodexo’s government and healthcare divisions. In this role, she serviced contracts for the Marine Corps and Kaleida Health, traveling to bases along the East Coast and to hospitals in Western New York and New England. In 2018, Amanda was honored with the national “Unit Controller of the Year” award.

Amanda joined Sandhill in September 2021 as part of the Operations team. In her role as Business Administrator, she manages the firm’s payroll, human resources, and administrative expenses. Amanda is currently continuing her education by preparing for the CPA exam in 2023.

Amanda resides in West Seneca with her daughter, Sophia, who is an award-winning dancer for Eugenia’s Teen Dance Company. She happily spends her downtime as a full-time dance-mom traveling the country with her daughter to competitions.
