A Buffalo native, Max joined the Operations team at Sandhill in 2020 as an Operations Associate. In December 2022, Max was promoted to Operations Analyst. A cornerstone of the Operations department, Max plays a major role in the day-to-day trading and overall management of client accounts. He is often the last set of eyes to review critical trade data—acting as both a front-line processer and back-end reviewer.
Max graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2020 after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He most recently worked at his alma mater as a Network Technician before becoming part of the Sandhill family.
Max is also a key member of the Sandhill Education Committee and works closely with team leaders to build programs that benefit clients and employees alike. His work can be credited for a litany of internal firm improvements—from the establishment of L&D programs in better educating internal staff to the development of trading software that helps more efficiently serve the needs of our clients.
An eternal student, Max spends his personal time learning and expanding his mind with help from books, podcasts, and peers. In addition to his studious nature, he enjoys playing tennis with friends.
